Creamy Thai Coconut Pork Curry

Product: Diced Pork

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 - 20 minutes


Ingredients:


600g diced lean Pork
1tblsp oil
1x 560g jar Kan-Tong Thai Coconut Curry Stir Fry Sauce
Toasted flaked almonds for garnish


Method:

1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over a high heat and brown meat well .

2. Pour the entire contents of Jar into the saucepan and simmer over a moderate heat 15 - 20 minutes .

3. Serve hot with steamed Jasmine rice and garnish with toasted almonds and wedges of lime.
