Italian Pork Pasta Bake

Product: Diced Pork

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 - 25 minutes


Ingredients:


600g diced lean Pork
1tblsp oil
1 red Capsicum (diced)
2 zucchini (sliced thickly)
500g spiral pasta , cooked & drained
1 x 570g jar Dolmio Chunky Roasted Garlic & Red Wine Bolognese Sauce
1 cup light cheese (grated)


Method:

(pre-heat oven 190°c)

1. Heat oil in a frying and brown the pork well 3-4 minutes . Add the Capsicum & Zucchini to the pan and brown 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Toss the drained pasta and Chunky Bolodnese sauce together in a large bowl and stir through the Browned diced Pork and Vegetables.

3. Spoon the combined ingredients into a large baking dish and sprinkle over the grated cheese.

4. Bake in the pre-heated oven 20 -25 minutes until cheese is golden and sauce is bubbling.

5. Serve Hot with salad and crusty bread.
